2 cans of coconut milk
2 stalks of lemongrass, bruised and cut into 5cm pieces
5 kaffir lime leaves, torn
4 slices of galangal
5 Thai chilies, crushed
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 cup of fresh cilantro leaves
