  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the fish marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.

  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  7. Place the marinated fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  9. Serve hot with a side of couscous or rice, and garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
