Instructions:

  3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place.

  4. After an hour, add the baking powder to the batter and whisk until it's fully incorporated.

  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.

  6. Using a ladle, pour a small amount of batter onto the pan and let it cook until bubbles form on the surface.

  7. Flip the pancake and cook the other side for a few seconds until it's golden brown.

  8. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the pan lightly between each pancake.

  9. Serve hot with honey, butter, or jam, and enjoy your delicious Moroccan Baghrir!
