500 gr boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mirin
1/4 cup sake
2 tbsp sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
2-3 -cm piece of ginger, peeled and grated
2 green onions, thinly sliced
8-10 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
