1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 cup tomato puree
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Salt to taste
Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, garam masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Add the chicken pieces and mix until well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and stir to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce, thickens and the tomato puree is cooked through.
Add the heavy cream and salt to taste. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened, remove from heat. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with naan bread or steamed rice.
