Make Delicious larb with Kitchen Pal


Ingredients:

  • 500g minced pork or chicken

  • 3 tablespoons of fish sauce

  • 3 tablespoons of lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes

  • 1 teaspoon of palm sugar

  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh cilantro leaves

  • 1/4 cup of sliced shallots

  • 1/4 cup of sliced green onions

  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions:


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced meat and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks.

  2. Add the fish sauce, lime juice, chili flakes, and palm sugar to the skillet. Stir well to combine and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

  3. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the chopped mint, cilantro, shallots, and green onions.

  4. Serve the larb in lettuce cups or on a bed of lettuce leaves.

  5. Garnish with additional mint and cilantro leaves, if desired.
