3 tablespoons of fish sauce
3 tablespoons of lime juice
1 teaspoon of chili flakes
1 teaspoon of palm sugar
1/2 cup of chopped fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup of chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup of sliced shallots
1/4 cup of sliced green onions
Lettuce leaves, for serving
