Make Delicious Kulfi with Kitchen Pal
Ingredients:
1-liter full-fat milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 teaspoon saffron strands
2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

Instructions:
Pour the milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let the milk simmer for 30-40 minutes until it has reduced by half.
Add the sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands to the milk and stir well.
Let the mixture simmer for another 10-15 minutes until the sugar has dissolved completely.
Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Pour the mixture into Kulfi molds or small cups and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
Cover the molds or cups with aluminum foil and freeze them for 6-8 hours or until they are completely frozen.
To serve, remove the Kulfi from the molds or cups by running them under warm water for a few seconds.
