1 block of tofu, cut into cubes
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup mirin (sweet rice wine)
1/2 cup sake (Japanese rice wine)
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup dashi stock (Japanese broth)

Instructions:
In a large pot or skillet, heat the soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and dashi stock over medium-high heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the onion and cook for a few minutes until it becomes soft and translucent.
Add the sliced beef and cook for a few minutes until it is browned on all sides.
Add the sliced cabbage, mushrooms, and tofu to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender and the meat is fully cooked.
When the vegetables and meat are cooked, use a small bowl to beat the eggs and pour them into the pot.
Stir the mixture gently until the eggs are cooked.
Serve hot with steamed rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
