  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Spread the fruit evenly in a baking dish. Pour the lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with a bit of sugar.

  4. Spread the crumble mixture over the fruit, making sure to cover it completely.

  5. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the crumble topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.

  6. Remove the crumble from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
